RNLI Lifeboat in action The first opportunity to help the Endurance GB Equestrian groups in Lincolnshire started with a clear summers day for setup and degraded into a named storm for day 2. Despite the winds and the rain the rides managed to have a great weekend with almost no problems. Reports of missing riders were almost zero, one rider was not missing just a little late. Not only were we keeping track of the riders but also tracking their lost property as well. In total the team of seven handled over 340 radio messages, 50 messages via runners and recorded over 700 changes in riders location. The event concluded on the Sunday in glorious sunshine allowing the team to pack up dry tents.
